POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The original product packaging must not be opened. Certain products such as NexGard come with a money back guarantee by the manufacturer that we honor at our clinic.
In any event you must contact e-refunds@morainegrove.com to confirm that all or part of your purchase can be returned. The description of each product will indicate if it can be returned and what kind of guarantee comes with the product.
Once your return is approved you may bring it back into the clinic OR send it back with no refund given on postage or shipping of any kind.
No returns can be made on the following except as described in each product
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We ask for your protection to take pictures of the items and check them thoroughly to ensure they are the correct items within 6 days so you can request a refund if there is something wrong.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
It may take up to 5 business days for a refund to appear on your card or back into your account. If on the 6th business day, you have not received your refund, please contact us at e-refunds@morainegrove.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a defective product or if you received the wrong product, we will send you a label for you to return your product free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
